Accessibility

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Our commitment

FluencyRank is a B2B workplace AI fluency platform. We design for everyday employee adoption, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use screen readers, or rely on mobile devices during busy workdays.

Accessibility is part of our MVP product quality bar — not a separate certification program. We improve the experience continuously as the product evolves.

What we build for

  • Keyboard navigation: skip link to main content, visible focus indicators on primary actions, logical tab order on forms and challenge options.
  • Forms and errors: visible labels, plain-language error messages, and association between fields and validation feedback where supported.
  • Semantic structure: page landmarks (main, nav), one primary heading per page, and meaningful button/link text.
  • Mobile touch targets: primary controls sized for touch on small screens where feasible.
  • Non-color cues: quiz and form feedback includes text — not color alone.
  • Reduced motion: carousel scrolling respects prefers-reduced-motion where implemented.

Conformance scope (honest MVP bar)

FluencyRank follows practical accessibility practices aligned with our internal MVP checklist. We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA patterns where feasible during pilot rollout.

FluencyRank is not certified as WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliant. We do not claim full conformance with every WCAG success criterion on every surface. A formal VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) or third-party audit is available on request for enterprise pilots evaluating procurement requirements.

Internal QA reference: WCAG 2.2 AA gap report (Tester) — updated with each major accessibility hardening release.

Known limitations during pilot

  • Some secondary text colors may not meet AA contrast for very small body copy.
  • Admin data tables are optimized for pilot reporting — not full screen-reader table programs.
  • No high-contrast theme toggle in MVP.
  • Automated accessibility checks in CI cover key public routes — not every workspace state.

Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on FluencyRank, email support@fluencyrank.com with:

  • The page URL and what you were trying to do
  • Your browser and assistive technology (if applicable)
  • A short description of the issue

We review reports during pilot operations and prioritize fixes that block employee adoption.
