Our commitment

FluencyRank is a B2B workplace AI fluency platform. We design for everyday employee adoption, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use screen readers, or rely on mobile devices during busy workdays.

We design and internally test against WCAG 2.2 Level AA on in-scope marketing and authenticated product surfaces, and we improve the experience as the product evolves.

What we build for

• Keyboard navigation: skip link to main content, visible focus indicators on primary actions, logical tab order on forms and challenge options.
• Forms and errors: visible labels, plain-language error messages, and association between fields and validation feedback where supported.
• Semantic structure: page landmarks (main, nav), one primary heading per page, and meaningful button/link text.
• Mobile touch targets: primary controls sized for touch on small screens where feasible.
• Non-color cues: quiz and form feedback includes text — not color alone.
• Reduced motion: carousel scrolling respects prefers-reduced-motion where implemented.

Accessibility standard we design to (WCAG 2.2 AA)

FluencyRank is designed and internally tested against WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility principles for the in-scope surfaces listed below, using internal design reviews, automated axe checks in CI, and assistive-technology spot checks.

We do not currently hold an external accessibility certification, and FluencyRank has no published VPAT. A formal VPAT or independent audit can be arranged on request for enterprise procurement. Our internal assessment covers FluencyRank-authored UI only — not third-party cookie or analytics embeds beyond our control.

Scope and known limitations

• In scope: marketing pages (including /, /pilot, /demo, /sign-in, /trust, /accessibility), and the authenticated /app and /admin surfaces that ship today.
• Language switcher (English / Español / Polski) changes UI language; full assistive-technology matrix sign-off is English-first, with locale smoke on critical forms.
• Dense admin tables may use horizontal scroll at narrow widths or 200% zoom — expected for data-heavy readiness reporting.
• No separate high-contrast theme toggle; dark UI uses AA-safe text tokens.
• Automated axe in CI covers key public routes always; authenticated routes when E2E workspace session fixtures are configured.
