Team and Business plans are available for approved organizations after a fit review, and companies start through a guided evaluation or approved B2B onboarding — self-serve public signup is not open yet.
Billed monthly or annually. Invoice / pro forma, or Team/Business checkout in the workspace once your organization is approved — evaluation orgs can skip it. Seat rollout follows the fit review.

Design partner — 8–12 week guided evaluation, no fee, in exchange for a written case study and logo.
Paid evaluation — fixed 8–12 week fee when procurement needs a paid start.
Email OTP is the default for every organization. Google Workspace SSO is available for approved B2B workspaces and is enabled by the org admin. Microsoft Entra SSO and SCIM 2.0 Users provisioning are available on request after enterprise technical review — Entra also needs your Azure tenant, and provisioning covers users only, not Workday/HRIS.
SCORM 1.2 export is available on request for LMS-mandated seats. Daily habit, XP, and readiness stay in FluencyRank — this is seat hygiene, not an LMS replacement.
Readiness scores and Fluency Score reflect challenge completion and engagement on the platform. They are educational decision support, not a comprehensive assessment of capability or a certification.
Self-serve public signup is not open yet. After a fit review, Team and Business admins can check out in the workspace (card or Stripe invoice), or we invoice. Evaluation orgs can skip checkout. There is no consumer freemium plan.
