The operating loop

Baseline → Practice → Evidence → Improve

FluencyRank continuously builds and measures AI readiness across an organization: employees practice workplace AI judgment through role-specific scenarios, while leaders get evidence of progress and governance-aware readiness.

  1. 01

    Baseline

Understand where teams start from available practice evidence — not a psychometric test or an employment decision.

  2. 02

    Practice

Employees build role-specific AI work habits through short workplace scenarios and Daily Work Packs.

  3. 03

    Evidence

Leaders see readiness movement, practice history, skill areas, and governance-aware evidence — not a vanity leaderboard.

  4. 04

    Improve

Target the next practice areas, assign focus where it matters, and repeat the loop.

Continuous AI readiness is a loop, not a workshop.

The problem

AI tools are everywhere. Most employees still do not know how to use them well.

Read Insights: why adoption is not fluency →

  • Employees experiment with AI inconsistently.
  • Teams lack role-specific AI practice.
  • Leaders do not know which departments are AI-ready.
  • One-off training sessions do not create lasting habits.
  • Teams adopt AI tools quickly, but polished outputs reduce verification — mistakes slip into customer-facing work.
  • Companies need safe, practical, measurable AI adoption.

More than AI training

Readiness and evidence first — practice is how you get there

FluencyRank is a Continuous AI Readiness loop for workplace teams: measure where practice starts, build role-specific habits, reinforce governance, and give leaders evidence of progress. XP and badges keep practice lightweight.

Measure readiness

See baseline and current movement from available practice evidence — useful decision support, not fake precision or a capability certificate.

Practice workplace AI judgment

Short, role-specific workplace scenarios — daily challenges are the practice mechanism inside the readiness loop.

Reinforce governance

Policy, SOP, approved-tool, data, and human-oversight context in the scenarios. Organizations still own AI policy and compliance.

Show the evidence

Evidence Pack, readiness reporting, practice history, and exportable organizational evidence for champions — not an employee ranking board.

Deploy for business

SSO, SCIM Users, seats, admin scope, and Trust surfaces for approved B2B workspaces — summarized here.

Keep practice lightweight

Daily packs fit the workday. XP and badges are engagement aids so the habit sticks — secondary to readiness and evidence.

Daily workplace practice

How evidence is generated: short workplace scenarios employees complete in minutes — so they practice workplace AI judgment and leaders get readiness evidence.

Screenshots use demo and sample data only. Readiness and engagement signals reflect platform practice — not comprehensive capability certification. FluencyRank is workplace AI fluency training and decision-support tooling, not legal or compliance advice.

Habit delivery

Optional Slack or Teams reminders for today’s pack

Connect Slack or Microsoft Teams once as admin. Teammates who opt in get a quiet personal message with a link back to FluencyRank — so the fluency moment stays in the product, not buried in another tab.

Role-based paths

Training that matches how each team actually works

Role-specific workplace practice for HR, finance, sales, marketing and communications, legal/compliance/risk, operations, support, managers, and analysts — not generic theory.

For champions

Give leaders evidence — then act on gaps

Invite people, run a short daily pack, then measure who practiced and where readiness moved. The company loop is for HR, L&D, and operations leads — not an employee ranking board.

Invite the team

Deploy: send magic-link invites, assign a role path, and start. Soft start is about two minutes; the Full pack when the team is ready — not a fixed six-minute SLA.

See who practiced

Learn: short daily workplace challenges in real job scenarios. Completion shows who showed up this week. Readiness reflects platform practice — not a comprehensive capability assessment.

Act on gaps

Measure: Team Pulse and Act this week recommendations to nudge or assign practice where completion dropped — decision support for the champion, not certification.

FAQ

Common questions

Is deploying Copilot or ChatGPT enough?

Tool rollout drives adoption, not everyday fluency. FluencyRank trains verification, iteration, and governance in role-relevant daily practice — engagement-based readiness, not certification.

Read: adoption is not fluency

Is FluencyRank a generic AI course or prompt library?

No. FluencyRank is a Continuous AI Readiness platform: role-based workplace practice, a readiness baseline, and evidence for leaders. Daily challenges are the practice mechanism — not passive video or a prompt library.

Is this a chatbot or coding assistant?

No. FluencyRank is not a chatbot, coding tool, or general-purpose AI assistant. It is a B2B training and readiness platform designed for corporate teams across business functions.

Who is FluencyRank for?

Buyers include HR leaders, L&D teams, CIOs, COOs, and department managers. End users are corporate employees in sales, finance, HR, marketing and communications, legal/compliance/risk, operations, customer support, product, and other business roles.

How is readiness measured?

FluencyRank tracks pack completion, practice history, skill areas, and team engagement (including weekly pulse views for admins). Leaders can review baseline-to-current movement and an Evidence Pack — decision support from platform practice, not a comprehensive assessment of AI capability or a certificate.

Do you integrate with Slack or Microsoft Teams?

Yes — optionally. Admins can connect Slack or Microsoft Teams so members who opt in receive a calm personal message with a link to today’s pack. FluencyRank does not list on Slack Marketplace or Teams AppSource, does not post team PII to channels, and does not run PackPlayer inside chat.

Do you support SCORM or LMS export?

SCORM 1.2 export is available on request for LMS-mandated seats. Daily habit, XP, and readiness stay in FluencyRank — this is seat hygiene, not an LMS replacement.

Is the product available?

Yes — FluencyRank is a production-ready B2B platform running in approved company workspaces today. Companies start with a guided B2B evaluation and founder-led onboarding, then move to org seats; self-serve public signup is not open yet. Sign-in uses email OTP by default, and Google Workspace SSO is supported for approved B2B workspaces. Microsoft Entra SSO and SCIM 2.0 Users provisioning are available on request after enterprise technical review. Request an evaluation for seats, or join the updates list if you only want product news.

How much will it cost?

The organization pays per seat after a fit review: Team $15 / Business $22 per seat / month; Enterprise custom. Annual billing is 17% less. Invoice / pro forma, or Team/Business checkout in the workspace once your organization is approved — evaluation orgs can skip it. Self-serve public signup is not open yet. No guaranteed ROI claims.
